About The Position
The Hospitality Concierge serves as the welcoming presence at Covenant Children's Hospital, delivering exceptional service to create an inclusive, patient-centric experience. As the initial point of contact, they establish a warm, professional, and confident tone, guiding patients, guests, and caregivers throughout their visit. Responsibilities include providing expert wayfinding, access support, and real-time problem-solving, often extending to personal escorts and proactive care. The role involves triaging operational issues, collaborating with various partners, supporting emergency readiness, and ensuring policy compliance to maintain smooth operations in the Emergency Department and main entrance lobbies. The Hospitality Concierge is expected to uphold confidentiality, compassion, and excellence, acting as a trusted guide to ensure every interaction is positive and reassuring, whether welcoming new visitors, supporting families, or assisting leadership.
Requirements
- 1 year of related hospitality sector experience, providing exceptional customer service and dealing extensively with the public
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED or higher education
- 1 year of experience in healthcare
Responsibilities
