About The Position

Conduct bag checks and monitor entry to ensure guest safety
Verify IDs and control access points as required
Maintain a visible and professional presence at the entrance
Greet guests while enforcing venue policies and safety standards
Monitor crowd flow and report any suspicious or disruptive behavior
Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or concerns
Work closely with management and staff to maintain a smooth operation
Conduct visual inspections for prohibited items in accordance with venue policy
De-escalate guest conflicts while maintaining professionalism and control
Monitor intoxication levels and assist staff in maintaining a safe environment
Enforce dress code and venue rules consistently and respectfully
Support crowd control during peak hours, special events, and closing times
Complete incident reports with accuracy and detail when necessary
Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services if required

Requirements

• Previous security, nightlife, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong awareness, confidence, and ability to manage high-traffic environments
• Professional demeanor with the ability to be firm and respectful
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and remain alert
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong situational awareness and quick decision-making skills
• Comfortable enforcing rules and setting boundaries with guests
• Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays (required)
• Ability to handle confrontational situations with professionalism
• Must be at least 25 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check required
• Weekend and evening availability required
