About The Position
Lexus of Lexington is seeking a friendly, professional part-time Hospitality Concierge with excellent customer service and communication skills. This role involves managing the reception area during weekday evenings and the cafe area on Saturdays, ensuring guests have a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and directing them accordingly
- Directing phone calls to the appropriate department
- Retrieving, recording and delivering messages promptly
- Performing basic administrative tasks as needed
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival at the cafe
- Brewing coffee and ensuring coffee stations remain fresh, stocked and clean
- Offering complimentary snacks to guests throughout the day
- Ensuring that the café, lounge and playroom remain stocked and organized
