Requirements

Must want to have fun serving great food to our customers!
Must be at least 16 years of age
Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another).
Attendance and Punctuality a must
Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
Basic Math skills
Complete training certification

Responsibilities

Greet guests and help them place orders using self-service kiosks
Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies and managing customer issues.
Promote and assist guests with downloading and using the KFC App
Double-check digital orders for accuracy before handing them to guests
Prepare and organize condiments for dine-in and digital orders
Maintain clean restrooms and complete shift checklists
Keep the lobby spotless and welcoming at all times
Manage trays – only one tray should remain in the lobby at a time
Support your teammates, assist delivery drivers and guests with pick-up orders
Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care
Encourage guests to leave Google Reviews using the restaurant’s QR code
