About The Position

This position involves working in various areas such as tray line, host/hostess, cafeteria, deli, cashier, salad bar, and pizza. The role requires acting as a runner, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities include ensuring all stations are prepared for operations with accuracy, speed, and a sense of urgency, as well as setting up the next shift for success. A 'clean as you go' policy is enforced, with daily cleaning of respective areas. Hosts/hostesses are responsible for requesting two patient identifiers (date of birth and full name of patient) and assisting patients with opening items if needed. They must also ensure condiment boxes are restocked and patient delivery carts are sanitized. Additional duties include daily cleaning of starter stations, air-curtain refrigerators, host/hostess carts, ice cream freezers, beverage centers, and other areas as necessary within patient services. In retail areas, all station setup and breakdown must be cleaned and sanitized between shifts and fully restocked. All items must be dated, labeled, and temperatures recorded twice daily. Staff may be asked to perform other tasks or be temporarily reassigned based on business needs. Break times are subject to change based on business needs.

Requirements

High School Diploma/ GED.

Responsibilities

Set up the next shift for success.
Perform daily cleaning of respective areas and enforce a 'clean as you go' policy.
Request two patient identifiers (date of birth and full name of patient) as a host/hostess.
Assist patients with opening items if required.
Ensure condiment boxes are restocked and patient delivery carts are sanitized.
Complete any other assigned duties/cleaning.
Clean starter stations, air-curtain refrigerators, host/hostess carts, ice cream freezers, beverage center, and other areas as deemed necessary in patient services.
Clean and sanitize all station setup and breakdown in retail areas between shifts and fully restock.
Date and label all items and record temperatures daily, twice per day.
Perform other tasks and/or temporarily re-assigned to other work areas as business needs require.
Adhere to break times that are subject to change contingent upon business needs.
