Requirements

• Prior serving or food service experience required
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory position in restaurant setting required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Availability to work rotating weekends

Nice To Haves

• Senior living experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support dining room servers, including training on service standards, food safety, and sanitation
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting residents/guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Coordinate dining room operations, including scheduling servers and communicating effectively with kitchen staff
• Serve meals and beverages, ensure order accuracy, and maintain clean, well-prepared dining areas throughout service
• Assist with overall dining operations, including clearing tables, prepping supplies, and maintaining a high standard of presentation
