About The Position
This is an entry-level position at Mount Carmel Care Center, offering a unique opportunity for individuals interested in a healthcare career and working with people. The role involves providing assistance to residents of the nursing home. Successful completion of 30 days as a Hospitality Aide makes candidates eligible for a full scholarship to the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program. The facility is a faith-based, non-profit, boutique-sized long-term care facility with 69 beds, located in the Berkshires, and has been voted "Best of the Berkshires" twice. It is sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintains a mission-based environment.
