About The Position

The overall purpose of the Hospitality Aide position is to provide each of the assigned Patients with routine daily care and services. This role promotes and supports the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, contributes knowledge of patients' observations as required, and maintains a safe and clean environment. The Hospitality Aide is also responsible for ensuring equipment is charged, clean, and functional, and reporting any malfunctions to their supervisor. They attend in-service training programs and perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as needed. This position requires adherence to Cantex Continuing Care Networks Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention and participation in Patient Care Management Systems weekly in-service. The role is responsible for assuring patient/resident safety and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Caregiver is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide each of the assigned Patients with routine daily care and services.

Contribute knowledge of Patients' observations as required.
Promote safe/clean environment.
Assure that equipment including mobile devices are charged, clean and functional always and report any malfunctions to supervisor.
Attend in-service training programs.
Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Enforce Cantex Continuing Care Networks Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention.
Attend Patient Care Management Systems weekly in-service and incorporate into the delivery of patient care.
Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety.
Perform other duties as assigned.
