As a Hospitality Aide at Sienna Senior Living, you'll contribute more than just your professional skills; you'll create meaningful relationships with the individuals who call Sienna Senior Living their home. This position allows you to deliver compassionate care to residents through your responsibilities in hospitality services. As a Hospitality Aide you will do meaningful work everyday ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents’. Requirements
- Grade 12 Diploma or recognized equivalent is required.
- Have a valid Safe Food Handler’s Certificate or willing to obtain
- You are committed to providing compassionate support that provides seniors to live their lives to the fullest
- You are detailed-oriented coupled with strong customer service skills enabling you to effectively communicate with residents and staff
- All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.
Nice To Haves
- You may bring experience in food service from institutional, healthcare, restaurant, or hospitality
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of meals, and serving meals to residents
- Follow residents' diets and food preferences
- Take the menu orders from the residents
- Set and clear tables in the dining rooms and ensure they are
- Ensure you are following proper food handling techniques
