About The Position
Goodwill is seeking individuals interested in beginning their career as a Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant and working at Goodwill Retirement Community in Grantsville, Maryland! A CNA-1 class will start in September. A $2,000 Sign-on Bonus is offered, based on successful completion of the class, training, and a one-year commitment of employment.
Requirements
- Ability to work as a team member along with all departments
- Lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Push residents weighing in excess of 250 pounds in wheelchairs
Responsibilities
- Direct care of our residents
- Interact with residents and families
- Ensure accurate documentation throughout your shift
- Maintain confidentiality
