About The Position
Centerville Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a dependable and professional Hospitality Aide / Appointment Escort to support daily operations by assisting residents with non-clinical needs. This role is strictly non-patient care and focuses on customer service, transportation within the facility, and ensuring a positive experience for residents and visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or healthcare support is a plus
Responsibilities
- Escort residents safely to and from appointments and to designated transportation pick-up areas
- Coordinate with nursing and administrative staff regarding scheduled appointments and resident readiness
- Provide friendly, courteous assistance to residents, families, and visitors
- Assist with wayfinding and general inquiries throughout the facility
- Ensure residents arrive on time for appointments and activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in common areas
- Assist with non-clinical tasks such as delivering items, organizing supplies, and supporting front desk operations as needed
- Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards
