About The Position

This full-time, on-site position provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care within our community-focused medical practice. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of patient cases, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services. You will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions, while also contributing to the overall strategic objectives of our organization.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical skills and experience in hospital settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
• Basic proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Nice To Haves

• Board certification in Internal Medicine preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with specialists and nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in daily rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
