To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with an active Texas license. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active or eligible license in the state of Texas.
Strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine, including the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented hospital environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Manage a predictable 16-18 patient census daily, ensuring focused, high-quality care.
Provide exceptional, compassionate inpatient care.
Focus solely on patient care, as a dedicated rapid response team handles codes and procedures.
Work within streamlined workflows and modern EHR systems for efficient patient management.
Effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital setting.
Adapt to a structured 7-on/7-off schedule.
