About The Position

MercyOne Hospitalists are seeking a full-time Physician for their services at both MercyOne Waterloo and Cedar Falls campuses. This role involves providing hospitalist services with a predominantly 7 on / 7 off schedule, covering shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, 7 pm to 7 am, and 9 am to 9 pm. The ICU is open with Intensivist coverage available. While interest in performing procedures is welcomed, it is not a mandatory requirement. This organization is H-1B cap exempt and accepts J-1 candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist services at MercyOne Waterloo and Cedar Falls campuses.
• Work a rotating shift schedule, predominantly 7 on / 7 off.
• Cover shifts from 7am – 7pm, 7pm – 7am, and 9a – 9pm.
• Collaborate with Intensivists in the open ICU.
• Perform procedures if interested, though not mandatory.
