Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner – Day Shift
About The Position
This is a day-shift hospitalist NP position built on rotating 12-hour shifts. You'll join an established hospitalist team. The pay is $115,000–$135,000, and the package also includes a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and on-site childcare. Your acute care experience counts here even if most of it came before your NP license. The team prefers candidates with 1–2 years of acute care experience as either a registered nurse or a nurse practitioner. That makes this a realistic route into hospitalist practice for NPs whose strongest inpatient background comes from their RN years. Day shift only. You'll work flexible, rotating 12-hour shifts during the day. $115,000–$135,000 base salary, with performance incentives on top. Sign-on bonus for the incoming NP. Student loan repayment, which matters if you're still paying off your NP program. On-site childcare, a benefit few hospital jobs offer. Relocation assistance where applicable. Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available)
- Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote role)
