DocStar Medical Partners - Job Opportunity, New Listing Facility City & State: Oregon Facility Type: Hospital Provider Profession Needed: NP Specialty: Hospitalist Start Date: 6/16/2026 End Date: 6/22/2026 Length of Assignment: a few days in June with potential dates in future Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks - 4 weeks Work Schedule: 6/16/2026-6/18/2026; 6/22/2026- 6/25/2026 10a-10p Patient Volume: admits per day 6-10, med/surg & ICU census 10-12 Procedures: does not complete patient procedures, see below for more information about the procedures & privileges. EMR: Epic License Needed: OR Certifications Needed: BLS, ACLS, family or adult NP Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: BE/BC Other additional pertinent information: Facility Information Critical Access Hospital, Closed ICU 1 MD on staff (6a-6p), 1 NP (10a-10p) Average admit per day: 6-10 each Average Med/surg & ICU census: 10-12 Support staffing: 4-5 nurses Patient Rooms: 19 ICU Rooms: 4
