Shasta Regional Medical Group, a member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with hospitalist experience to join our supportive, community-focused team. Requirements

  • NP or PA license in good standing.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration within a multi-specialty team.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitalist experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient hospitalist services exclusively.
  • Work a 7 ON / 7 OFF schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
  • Manage approximately 15 - 20 patients per day.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
