About The Position
In this important and rewarding role, you can use your talents to improve the lives of our patients, their families, and fellow team members. Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience! We welcome bilingual candidates who speak Spanish and English and have experience working with Spanish-speaking communities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
- License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
- No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
- No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
- No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
- Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a clean driving record (capable of passing a driving test).
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
- Tolerance for inclement weather.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
