About The Position

Southern Valet, powered by Propark, is seeking reliable, energetic, and exciting individuals for their valet operations in Greenville, SC, specifically for hospital valet services. The role involves greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with loading/unloading and directions, inspecting vehicles, and maintaining a professional appearance. This position requires being active outdoors for most of the day, involving standing, walking, and potentially lifting items up to 50lbs.

Requirements

• At least 25 years old.
• A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.
• Ability to work without direct supervision in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist guests with unloading and loading vehicles and provide directions to doctor's offices.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues and be a pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
