From the Patient Progression Hub, the Hospital Shift Supervisor leads CM operations across all venues on a 24-hour basis and collaborates and acts on behalf of the Patient Care Services leadership team using sound human resources and financial management principles. The Hospital Shift Supervisor provides ongoing leadership, and coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the quality patient care functions of the organization in a safe cost-effective manner. Coordinates incoming admissions, patient flow and capacity management for CM inpatient campuses. Collaborates to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and assure timely and effective communication and collaboration between individuals and departments.
