This position is customer service oriented, and requires a team player to efficiently serve customers with professionalism. Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phone and receiving orders from hospitals and transfusion services, ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery, packing blood products for shipment and delivery, processing returns, and inspecting units for proper labeling, tags and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma/equivalent
• MS Office and Adobe proficiency
• Ability to navigate web applications and internal custom systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliability
• Professionalism
• Ability to easily learn new skills
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Strong, stable work history
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
• Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process

Responsibilities

• Answering phone and receiving orders from hospitals and transfusion services

• Packing blood products for shipment and delivery
