About The Position
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality care to our patients, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure each patient’s needs are met with excellence and empathy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State].
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient status.
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to determine care needs and document findings.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as state and federal guidelines.
