Requirements
- Must be a licensed Pharmacist in the State of Arkansas or eligible to obtain prior to hire

Responsibilities
- Performing drug utilization reviews
- Consulting with an interdisciplinary healthcare team including nurses and other medical personnel
- Ensuring medical safety and appropriate documentation at all times
