About The Position
Trade the retail counter and the prescription quota for a role where your clinical judgment actually drives patient care. We're hiring inpatient pharmacists for an established Naples hospital pharmacy team — order verification, dosing, MTM, and real bedside impact, not volume. Open to hospital and retail backgrounds — a genuine pathway out of retail and into clinical practice.
Requirements
- Active Florida pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working weekends as scheduled
- Hospital or retail background — both welcome
Responsibilities
- Order verification and clinical review
- Dosing support and medication therapy management (MTM)
- Provider consultation
- IV verification oversight
- Medication reconciliation
- Discharge counseling
Benefits
- Transparent pay: $54–$70/hour
- +$5/hr night differential (starting at 7 PM)
- +$2/hr weekend differential
