The goal of this role is to ensure DaVita is the provider of choice to hospitals. This teammate will engage renal discharge planners and case managers in an effort to build and strengthen relationships. Their focus is to ensure a smooth and seamless experience in support of newly diagnosed and hospitalized dialysis patients to ensure a successful transition to the outpatient setting. Candidate must reside in: St. Louis, Missouri or one of the surrounding areas Tulsa, Oklahoma City, OK, or one of the surrounding areas Travel required: 40% travel within the local (home state) territory, and 20% non-local (out of state). Work from home when not traveling. Account Manager/Account Executive or sales experience highly preferred.
