Hospital Outreach Manager (account manager) - Missouri or Oklahoma
About The Position
The goal of this role is to ensure DaVita is the provider of choice to hospitals. This teammate will engage renal discharge planners and case managers in an effort to build and strengthen relationships. Their focus is to ensure a smooth and seamless experience in support of newly diagnosed and hospitalized dialysis patients to ensure a successful transition to the outpatient setting. Candidate should reside in: St. Louis, Missouri or one of the surrounding areas. Tulsa, Oklahoma City, OK, or one of the surrounding areas. Travel required: 40% travel within the local (home state) territory, and 20% non-local (out of state). Work from home when not traveling. Open to candidates in Illinois who are located close to Missouri. Travel is required to St. Louis, Missouri, Tulsa & Oklahoma City, OK. Work from Home when not traveling.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to travel to various locations to meet with partners (internal and external) on an as-needed basis. Includes valid driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record
- Intermediate computer skills with a variety of software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, billing systems

- Account Manager/Account Executive or sales experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze data insights to highlight its importance and drive growth.
- Demonstrate executive presence when delivering insights to upper leadership, ensuring clear and impactful communication.
- Leverage a strategic mindset to perform root cause analysis, identifying opportunities based on patient feedback.
- Consistently outreach to discharge planners to provide education and build awareness of offerings
- Prioritize key insights and opportunities to align with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow as provider of choice through relationship building and addressing feedback
- Partner with internal field teammates to optimize the admission process and implement best demonstrated practices
- Combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to translate feedback into growth-oriented business strategies.
- Assist with necessary communication between hospital, admission and clinic teammates to work through patient placements with extenuating circumstances
- Support a smooth and seamless discharge experience for patients and hospital staff to DaVita centers
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of local markets
