About The Position

Castle Rock Cat Hospital is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and driven Hospital Manager to join our feline-focused veterinary team in beautiful Castle Rock. As a cat-exclusive practice, we are dedicated to providing exceptional medical care in a calm, low-stress environment designed specifically for feline patients and the people who love them. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding client experience. The Hospital Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital while working closely with the veterinary team to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional patient care, and a positive, collaborative culture. Requirements

Veterinary hospital management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for client service and team development
Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with veterinary operations, scheduling, and staff coaching preferred
Positive attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
Feline experience or interest is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage daily hospital operations and team workflow
Lead, mentor, and support client service representatives and veterinary support staff
Partner with veterinarians to support high-quality patient care and client communication
Oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, and operational processes
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee engagement
Monitor hospital performance and support operational and financial goals
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture
Ensure excellent client service and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and patients
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards
