About The Position

North Laurel Animal Hospital is seeking a Hospital Manager to provide strong, on-site leadership and operational oversight. This role involves partnering with the Chief of Staff and Regional Leadership to deliver exceptional patient care, client service, and team support. The Hospital Manager will oversee daily operations, drive strategic growth, and foster team development, ensuring the hospital runs smoothly, staff feel supported, and clients receive the highest level of care. This position combines leadership, operational execution, and business management in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Leadership or management experience required
• Proven ability to lead teams (10+ employees)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen and comfort working with metrics/KPIs
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
