About The Position

As a Hospital Manager at Geary, you will work alongside clinical leaders, regional operations team, and a dedicated Community Support Team. You will have the resources to strengthen hospital performance, build an engaged team, and grow a rewarding career in veterinary leadership. You can expect a structured, balanced schedule with Monday through Friday hours and a supportive team, giving you time to recharge and be at your best. There are opportunities to grow as a leader through mentorship, shared expertise, and support from regional operations and the VetnCare Community Support Team. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by bringing structure to daily operations, strengthening scheduling, and helping your team feel supported and confident. You will engage in a collaborative clinical partnership, working alongside experienced veterinarians and a dedicated support team to deliver excellent patient care and client service. The team is grounded in shared values, working together, staying curious, speaking up, and looking for better ways to care for pets, support clients, and help one another. Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing daily operations, ideally within veterinary practice or another healthcare setting
  • Strong organisational skills, with confidence managing schedules, staffing, and changing priorities
  • A hands-on, approachable leadership style, with the emotional intelligence to build trust and accountability
  • Clear, effective communication and a collaborative approach to supporting clinical and operational teams
  • A commitment to excellent client service, team development, and continuous improvement
