About The Position

Under the guidance of the Field Leadership team and in partnership with the Medical Director, the Hospital Manager oversees the hospital's daily operations. The role supports the team, manages business functions, and promotes excellence in medical care and client service. The manager mentors and develops hospital staff, oversees operations and facility maintenance, supports business growth and profitability, and helps build a collaborative, respectful, and compassionate workplace.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing teams and overseeing business operations, including budgeting, KPIs, and staffing.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with marketing, client engagement, and driving business growth.
• Strong communication skills, including clear, empathetic, and confident communication across all levels.
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Passion for people, pets, and building a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support veterinary, technical, and client service teams in achieving hospital goals.
• Foster a hospital culture focused on quality care and client satisfaction.
• Partner with the Medical Director to develop and implement operational goals and hospital policies.
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and team development, with support from Regional leadership.
• Monitor hospital finances, budgeting, and KPIs to support long-term success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging work environment for all team members.
• Oversee hospital operations and facility maintenance.
• Support business growth and profitability.
