About The Position
Goal Cleaning LLC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping and Floor Care Technicians to join our team in a hospital setting in Royersford, PA. Team members are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds during shifts.
- Must be able to pass required background checks and screenings.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, EVS, or floor care experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, and remove trash.
- Follow hospital cleaning and infection control procedures.
- Replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies.
- Perform floor care duties including mopping, buffing, scrubbing, and floor maintenance as assigned.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
