This role is responsible for maintaining current accounts, developing sales strategies, and attracting new business. The focus is on renting medical equipment within the acute hospital and post-acute markets. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate with the District Sales Manager and National Sales Director to identify new equipment rental opportunities, close sales to meet or exceed quotas, and implement strong sales processes to increase income and revenue. The position involves managing existing client relationships, developing new accounts, making sales calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and overseeing rental equipment and services within the acute care and healthcare markets. Med One is rapidly growing in the California market and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package with no cap on commission earnings, and potential earnings exceeding $150,000 per year. The company is seeking a qualified, driven, and results-oriented sales representative to join their team, partnering with sales leadership to forecast sales, implement strategies, and evaluate effectiveness, as well as research and analyze competitor sales efforts and market behavior.
