About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where the RN will work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. The position involves delivering inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis. The RN will collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff, monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes. Support and oversight of patient care will be provided with the help of PCTs. The role requires the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment and to work in a variety of hospital units, rotating between facilities as needed. The schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs.

Requirements

Dialysis experience required
Current RN license in the state of practice
ADN required
Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
CNN/CDN certification (preferred)
