About The Position

Make a meaningful impact in acute care nephrology. DaVita is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care in OH Lakeland Highlands Hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. This position involves delivering inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis, collaborating with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff, monitoring patients, adjusting treatment, and ensuring quality outcomes, and supporting and overseeing patient care with the help of PCTs. The role requires adapting quickly in a dynamic hospital environment, working in a variety of hospital units, and rotating between facilities as needed. The schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs. Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of practice
Dialysis Experience Required
ADN required
Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
CNN/CDN certification (preferred)

Responsibilities
