About The Position

Make a meaningful impact in acute care nephrology. DaVita is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care at Archibald Hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you will work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. Dialysis experience is required, and paid training is provided. You will work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed. The schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs. Be part of a clinical leader in kidney care and deliver critical, life-sustaining care in a hospital setting.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required
• Dialysis experience required
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
• Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
• CNN/CDN certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
• Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
• Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes
• Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment
