About The Position
Guide financial strategy for the leadership team by providing expert insights on expense management, productivity, budgeting, and capital planning to drive sustainable growth. Direct market reporting and statistical analysis to uncover key industry trends, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making. Optimize resource allocation across departmental services, ensuring financial assets are strategically deployed to support both team and patient-centric goals. Partner with Corporate Finance to seamlessly coordinate major healthcare system initiatives and large-scale strategic projects.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within a hospital or healthcare system environment.
- Demonstrated track record of directing capital planning and productivity management to optimize large-scale operational budgets.
