About The Position

The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) position works under the direction of a Case Manager/DON and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management. The STNA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines. Suncrest Hospice aims to change the expectation of hospice care by providing exceptional care and service, increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. They are a Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) certified hospice.

Requirements

  • State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in the state(s) of practice
  • CPR certified
  • Willing to drive with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
