As a member of the interdisciplinary group (IDG), the Hospice Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care, identifies patient/family needs, and delivers supportive care in accordance with physician's orders, the IDG plan of care, and Hospice policies. Care is provided under the direction of the attending physician, Hospice Medical Director, Clinical Director, and in compliance with the state's Registered Nurse Practice Act.
