Hospice Social Worker (MSW / LCSW) Riverside Home Health & Hospice Southern Oregon | Medford & Grants Pass (Jackson County Focus) Full-Time $45.00 – $50.00 per hour (DOE) This Is Social Work That Truly Matters Hospice care is about more than medical support. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • 2+ years healthcare experience preferred (hospice or home health a plus)
  • Hospice experience is helpful, but the most important quality is a heart for serving others during critical moments.
