About The Position

National Church Residences Home Care is a Home Health & Hospice agency seeking an MSW who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors. We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
LSW in good standing.
One year of social work experience in a health care setting.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of two (2) years in varied multi-disciplinary settings in the health care field with experience working with clients and family counseling.

Responsibilities

Provide social work services in a hospice setting.
Work with clients and families, including counseling.
Participate in on-call duties, including some evenings and possibly weekends.
