We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Hospice Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Denver area. In this role, you will expand access to compassionate hospice care by building strong partnerships within the healthcare community. You will work closely with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners to educate them about our services and ensure patients and families receive the support they need during life’s most important moments. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on relationship building, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2–3 years of hospice sales experience preferred
  • Experience working with healthcare referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and long-term care facilities
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for community engagement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel locally within the territory

Responsibilities

  • Build Referral Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources including hospitals, physicians, case managers, and post-acute care facilities.
  • Conduct regular outreach and follow-ups with healthcare partners.
  • Grow Market Presence: Execute territory sales strategies to increase awareness and utilization of hospice services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships within the local healthcare community.
  • Educate the Healthcare Community: Provide education and presentations on hospice care services and eligibility.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for providers navigating end-of-life care options.
  • Coordinate Patient Transitions: Serve as a liaison between referral partners, patients and families, and the hospice care team.
  • Help ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
  • Manage Territory Activity: Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with referral sources.
  • Track and manage account relationships and opportunities.

Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually
