Hospice Sales and Marketing Liaison
About The Position
Roze Room is a leading provider of Hospice and Palliative Care, celebrating over 25 years of service to Southern California communities. This is a Full-Time Hospice Sales & Marketing Community Education Liaison (Outside Sales) position covering the Greater Los Angeles & South Bay territory. The role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners. The primary responsibilities include educating healthcare professionals about hospice and palliative care services, generating referrals, and expanding community partnerships. The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about improving patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales, hospice, home health, or medical marketing experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a designated territory
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM/documentation systems
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred
