Hospice RN $15,000 Bonus
About The Position
At Residential Home Health and Hospice (‘Residential’), we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. This full-time position supports patients in Millersburg, PA and surrounding areas and is eligible for $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishments of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus paid after 30-days of employment!
Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
- Two years of RN experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
Nice To Haves
- Hospice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
- Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
