About The Position
This full-time Hospice Registered Nurse position is located in various cities including Jackson, MI; Kansas City, MO; Lancaster, PA; Middleburg, PA; Millersburg, PA; Shermans Dale, PA; South Park, PA; Tower City, PA. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with one weekend on-call every 5-7 weeks (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 8pm-8am) and 2 holidays/year. Occasional local travel is required. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- Two years of RN experience
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Other EMR, TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license
