About The Position

Requirements
- Experienced hospice or home health RN
- Stellar communication and observation skills
- A deep understanding of the hospice philosophy

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality bedside care to patients and their families
- Offer education on disease progression, end-of-life care, self-care techniques, and nutrition
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Manage symptoms with expertise and empathy
- Document accurately, maintaining records of assessments, progress notes, care plans, and physician orders
