Requirements
- Current RN license
- NLN‑accredited nursing program graduate
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle
- 1+ recent year of RN experience or BSN
- Ability to lift/position patients; frequent standing/walking
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years RN experience
- Hospice/home health/public health experience
Responsibilities
- Complete patient assessments & update care plans
- Provide symptom & pain management
- Educate patients/families on care and medications
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Document timely, accurate clinical notes
- Manage assigned caseload; ensure safe care environment
- Participate in on‑call rotation
