About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead their team and ensure the highest standards of care for patients. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, conducting patient admissions and visits, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership in expanding hospice services.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Current CPR and TB test certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospice care is preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations within the hospice program.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct patient admissions and visits as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements.
• Provide leadership in expanding hospice services in the community.
