About The Position
Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an RN Case Manager who understands that hospice nursing is about more than clinical care—it's about creating peace, providing guidance, and helping families navigate one of life's most important journeys. Meaningful moments in healthcare happen in a patient's home, around family members, when comfort, dignity, and compassion matter most.
Requirements
- Georgia RN license
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Compassionate communication

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice care and case management
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
- Coordinate care with our interdisciplinary team
- Advocate for comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Guide families through education and support
