About The Position

Compassus is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager to join their team. This role focuses on enabling patients to spend quality time with loved ones and engage in enjoyable activities. The RN Case Manager will build trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and their families, empower caregivers through education, and collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity. Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
