About The Position
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, coordinating, and implementing individualized nursing care for patients and their families. Provides compassionate, supportive care to patients, families, and caregivers while utilizing the nursing process to promote comfort, manage care needs, and maximize the patient’s quality of life.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse licenses in California
- Minimum 1 year of Hospice experience
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
